# Pastio

> Pastio is a real-time cross-device clipboard. Paste anything — text, code, URLs, images, files — on one device and it appears instantly on any other device with the same room code, or automatically across all your signed-in devices via Personal Sync. No app to install.

Pastio is built for the moment between devices: the URL on your phone you want to open on your laptop, the screenshot you took that needs to go into a doc, the SSH key snippet you need to send a teammate. The product is intentionally ephemeral — anonymous rooms expire in one hour, free signed-in clip history is 24 hours, Pro is 7 days.

## How it works

- **Anonymous (no sign-in):** Open pastio.app, paste anything. We auto-create a 6-character room code. Open the same URL on another device, enter the code (or scan the QR), and the clipboard syncs in real time. The room expires in one hour.
- **Personal Sync (signed in):** Sign in with Google or magic link. Now your clipboard follows you across all signed-in devices automatically — no codes needed. Free plan keeps 24 hours of history; Pro keeps 7 days.
- **Rooms (signed in):** Create longer-lived rooms (1h or 24h on Free, up to 7 days on Pro) with optional custom slugs and password protection.

- **Free:** Anonymous rooms (1h), Personal Sync with 24h history, 2 devices, 3 images per room, 10MB image cap, 1h or 24h rooms.
- **Pro ($5/mo or $40/yr in supported markets; ₹99/mo or ₹999/yr in India and South Asia):** 7-day history, unlimited devices, password-protected rooms, custom room codes, file uploads (PDF/ZIP/CSV/etc.), 7-day rooms, 50MB file cap.
